Four things worth having ready.
None of it is essential — we can work it out on the phone. It just makes the call about a minute long instead of five.
- Roughly what it weighs
- A full tall hamper is usually around the 24 lb minimum. An estimate is fine — we weigh it properly when we collect.
- When you need it back
- 12 hours, one day, two days or three. The faster you need it, the higher the per-pound rate, so it is worth deciding before you call.
- Anything unusual in the bag
- Special care labels, heavy grease, biological contamination or delicate items. Telling us up front means it gets handled correctly from the start.
- Where we are collecting from
- Your pickup address, so we can work out the delivery charge before you commit to anything.
You can book a pickup online at any hour, or call and we will take the order over the phone. Either way nothing is charged through this website — we weigh your bag at pickup and that weight is what you pay for. We will always provide good service and ensure that our customers are treated fairly in any issue that may arise.
